How to request account deletion
Roxily is provided by CurrentOrbit LLC. If you want to delete your Roxily account, you can request deletion directly from the app or by email.
- In the Roxily app, open Settings.
- Go to Account.
- Tap Delete account.
- Confirm the deletion request shown in the app.
- If you cannot access the app, email [email protected] from the email address connected to your Roxily account with the subject "Account deletion request".
What data is deleted
When your account deletion request is completed, Roxily deletes or disconnects personal data associated with your account from the active service where applicable.
- Your Roxily account profile, including name, email address, login identifiers, preferences, and settings.
- Shared spaces that you own, including activities, routines, reminders, assignments, notes, completion history, and member records connected to those spaces.
- Device and notification records connected to your account, such as push notification preferences and app-specific identifiers.
What data may be kept
Some limited records may be retained when needed for security, fraud prevention, legal compliance, payment records, dispute handling, tax obligations, or legitimate business records.
- Subscription and purchase records handled by Google Play, Apple App Store, RevenueCat, or other payment providers may be retained according to those providers' policies and legal requirements.
- Support emails and deletion request records may be retained as needed to document and complete your request.
Retention period
Most active account data is removed after the deletion request is verified and processed.
Records that must be kept for legal, payment, tax, fraud prevention, or dispute purposes may be retained for the period required by law, app store policy, or legitimate business need.
