Agreement to these terms
These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of Roxily, including our app, website, and related services. By using Roxily, you agree to these terms.
If you do not agree to these terms, do not use Roxily.
The Roxily service
Roxily helps couples and housemates organize shared household tasks, reminders, routines, schedules, and progress. Roxily is not a professional, legal, financial, medical, emergency, or safety-critical service.
Accounts and shared spaces
- You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for activity that happens through your account.
- You should only invite people you trust into a shared space. People in a shared space may see tasks, routines, schedules, completion history, member names, avatars, and other shared content.
- You are responsible for the information you add to Roxily and for making sure you have the right to share it.
- You must be at least 4 years old to use Roxily.
Acceptable use
- Do not use Roxily to violate laws, infringe rights, harass others, or share harmful, misleading, abusive, or illegal content.
- Do not try to access accounts, data, systems, or spaces that you are not authorized to access.
- Do not interfere with Roxily's security, availability, infrastructure, or normal operation.
- Do not copy, scrape, reverse engineer, or misuse Roxily except where allowed by law.
Subscriptions and purchases
Roxily may offer free and paid features. Paid subscriptions, trials, renewals, cancellations, and refunds may be managed through Apple App Store, Google Play, or another payment provider.
Subscription prices and features may change over time. If a store or payment provider handles your purchase, its terms and account settings control billing, cancellation, and refund workflows.
Your content
You keep ownership of the household content you add to Roxily. You give Roxily permission to host, process, display, sync, back up, and use that content as needed to provide and improve the service.
If you delete content or request account deletion, we will process the request according to our Privacy Policy and applicable law.
Roxily ownership
Roxily, including its design, software, branding, illustrations, text, and other service materials, is owned by Roxily or its licensors. These terms do not transfer any ownership rights to you.
Service changes
We may change, suspend, or discontinue parts of Roxily at any time. We will try to avoid unnecessary disruption, but we cannot guarantee every feature will always remain available.
Termination
You may stop using Roxily at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these terms, create risk for other users or Roxily, or if we need to comply with law or platform requirements.
Disclaimers
Roxily is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent allowed by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, availability, and error-free operation.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, Roxily will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, or service interruption.
